Coffee is one of my favorite beverages of all time. I feel like nothing can beat a cup of warm coffee in the morning or a smooth glass of wine in the evening. 

However I am pretty sure I am more addicted to the ritual of these beverages than I am to the actual contents. Sure coffee gives us a speedy buzz and wine can calm us down, but I think its more about the romance of these beverages. 

Coffee has a ton of benefits from antioxidants to assisting in mental and physical performance. Coffee or caffeine can also have its drawbacks, think anxiety, sour stomach, jitters or even not being able to sleep at night.
